Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including:
- All metropolitan areas
- Regional and rural areas
- PO Boxes
- Parcel lockers
Please note that delivery times to remote areas may be longer than the estimated timeframes.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods (sales events, holidays), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can also track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
- Contacting our customer service team
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your delivery location
- Carrier capacity and delays
- Weather conditions and natural events
- Public holidays and peak periods
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team.
Delivery Instructions
You can provide delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., "Leave at front door", "Leave with neighbour"). Please note:
- Authority to leave instructions are at your own risk
- We are not responsible for parcels left unattended as per your instructions
- If no instructions are provided, the carrier may require a signature or leave a card to call
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- The carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
- Your parcel may be held at a local post office or collection point
- Parcels not collected within the specified timeframe may be returned to us
- If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order:
- Contact us immediately before dispatch
- Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and products
- We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
